The School of Public Health has evolved from single-discipline departments to three multidisciplinary collaborative centers:

Collaboration

These centers were created to foster environments enriched by professionals from diverse disciplines and that solve problems as part of a team.  Whether between health professions, public health disciplines, or in the work place, students must work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to become successful leaders.

Development

The three collaborative centers serve two purposes: the strategic advancement of our three themes (global health, health equity, and faith-based learning), and the opportunity for faculty to develop in their area of expertise. Combined with the benefit of a diverse group of peers who share the same professional interests, our collaborative centers will enrich the way courses and programs are designed, implemented, and evaluated.
