Here at Loma Linda University School of Public Health, we are a community. llusph.community strives to tell stories of people and the communities they come from. Students, alumni, professors, and staff of LLUSPH make up our some of the people that make up our community. We are part of the Inland Empire, a metropolitan area and region of southern California east of Los Angeles. We are also global; we have friends, family and colleagues in every continent, creating community and working in the field of public health. Through this online community we show people, places and things through the lens of public health. Through reading these stories, we hope people form closer connections to their communities. We like to feature more detailed stories about public health in our magazine, Public Health Magazine. Here you'll find features about work being done with water quality in the Coachella valley communities, the work of the local Foothill AIDS Project, and even the dangers of sitting most of the day. If you would like for us to tell connect and even contribute a story, provide your information and let's chat!
